Can you see it

Pentagon/basically Pentastar window on a Ford just seemed odd.

Also can anyone ID these tailights? I love trying to identify headlights and taillights on RVs. Best I’ve seen as a 90s A class with 91 Lincoln towncar headlights and taillights. Yesterday I saw a b class with 2005 Ram headlights and Avalanche tails.

Anyway what are these?

Close but the Catalina only has three taillight stripes. That van has four.
